Harvest Moon
Posted on | October 5, 2009 | No Comments
Hey Everyone,
This weekend you can see the harvest moon. If you have some clear skies you should get some good looks at it.
The moon officially turns full when it reaches that spot in the sky opposite (180-degrees) to the sun in the sky and this moment will occur on Sunday at 06:10 Greenwich Time (2:10 a.m. EDT . . . or in the Pacific Time zone, it actually falls on Saturday night, October 3 at 11:10 p.m. PDT). Good luck to everyone trying to see the moon. If we were old farmers we would be outside harvesting crops. Enjoy
Later
